Looking for all the School and District Report Card data in one big database? You've come to the right place. Below you'll find ZIP files that each contain seven Excel files. The files called District1.xls through District3.xls contain all the data in the District Report Cards for all Kentucky public school districts. The files called Schools1.xls through Schools4.xls contain all the data in the School Report Cards for all of Kentucky's public schools. To save the ZIP file to your computer and access the Excel files, right click on the ZIP file and choose "Save Target As."
The file called Report Card Field Map is a Word document that maps the data contents to the field names in the School Report Card database.
The school report card data for 2005-2006 and later will be found in the Office of Assessment and Accountability FTP folder at : ftp://ketsftp.k12.ky.us/OAA . The data files and file layout spreadsheet are to be found in a folder named SRC 2005-2006.
