National Board Certification Salary Reimbursement
KRS 157.395 requires local districts to pay an annual salary supplement of $2,000 to teachers who attain National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification and are employed as teachers or mentors in the field of the national certification.Funds are provided in the state SEEK appropriation to reimburse districts for these payments.
