In 2001 the Kentucky Board of Education adopted a strategic plan based on the long-term goals of all schools and students reaching proficiency by 2014. This report shows the progress Kentucky has made in all areas since 2001. Coincidentally, the report also falls on the 15th anniversary of the enactment of the Kentucky Education Reform Act of 1990.
