Kentucky Department of Education

The Work-Based Learning Manual (2008) provides information on the various types of work-based learning experiences such as cooperative education, entrepreneurial program, internship, mentoring, school-based enterprises, service learning and shadowing.  Information also includes an overview of legal issues and guidelines for implementing the various types of work-based learning.

The Q & A Cooperative Education document is designed to answer questions commonly asked regarding cooperative program standards for secondary education in local school districts and area technology centers.
