Individual Graduation Plan Folders were designed for students to use in academic and career planning and to help them focus on the connection between course work and goals after high school. The folders provided space to record information pertaining to academic and career assessment, career goals, four year high school plan, interests/hobbies, school and community activities, and work experience.
