KARs for IDEA
The Kentucky Administrative Regulations (KARs) for implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) have been amended to comply with IDEA 2004 and the Codified Federal Regulations (CFRs). The KARs were effective 12-7-07 and can be found on the Legislative Research Commission website: http://www.lrc.ky.gov/kar/TITLE707.HTM
