Kentucky Department of Education

This page contains Kentucky's State Performance Plan (SPP) as required under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.  Below is a copy of the original SPP as submitted to the US Department of Education during the Spring of 2006.  Also included is the most recent revision of the SPP.

This page also includes Kentucky's Annual Performance Report (APR).  The APR summarizes how well the state is progressing towards meeting the targets for each of the 20 indicators contained in Kentucky's SPP.
